🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Project Management, Hospitality/Construction/Real Estate.
Strong stakeholder management with property owners, managers, and on-site staff.
Proven track record delivering complex initiatives with adaptable solutions.
Experience in remote work using video/web PM tools; clear communicator.
Highly independent; drives decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Willingness to travel to property sites.
