Launch Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the complete launch process for new centers.
• Serve as the primary project manager for assigned launches.
• Manage issues list, project plan, coordinate meetings, and provide status updates.
• Ensure new center staff are onboarded, trained, and mentored in alignment with best practices.
• Support the center licensing process as needed, including outfitting new centers, creating policy binders, pulling staff files, and more.
• Codify enterprise best practices in the launch playbook for future launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in or near Los Angeles, CA.
• Travel 20-25% based on projects.
• Varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or related methods.
• 4+ years in healthcare project/process improvement; PACE experience desired.
• Healthcare/clinic experience with independent ops initiatives.
• Hands-on facilitator of complex clinical ops initiatives; mentor for sub-workstreams.
• Experience leading teams with direct reports; hiring and mentoring.
• Microsoft Office competency.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records platforms.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
