🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, aerospace, or related engineering
- 1+ years hands-on build or design experience (internships/club/competition qualify)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with complex mechanical/structural/fluids/electronic systems
- Experience with analytical data tools and numerical methods (Python, R, MATLAB, LabVIEW)
- Ability to read and apply technical drawings, schematics, and design specifications
- Demonstrated root cause and failure analysis experience
