🎯 Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- At least 5 yrs of project experience
- At least 3 yrs in process/manufacturing areas
- At least 3 yrs leading in manufacturing
- High leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Travel = 10%

- Annual base salary range: $97,000.00-$131,000.00
- Bonus target range: 20%-30%
