Launch Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead timeline and milestones for new launches within budget.
• Coordinate new process development and 30-day post-SOP activities.
• Define direct labor needs and cycle times with Eng Site Lead.
• Develop Standard Work and PFMEAs for new processes.
• Coordinate Supply Chain for successful launches and plant readiness.
• Liaise with PE and corporate teams during design (R&D/Product).

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project experience.
• 3+ years in process/manufacturing.
• 3+ years as a leader in manufacturing.
• English 90% bilingual; leadership, analytical, problem-solving.
• Strong planning, communication, and multitasking skills.
