Coordinate new process development and efficiency during Launch and 30 days post-SOP.
Define direct labor needed per new process.
Define cycle times and document for staff approval pre-SOP.
Develop standard work for new processes, incl. packaging.
Develop and maintain PFMEA for new processes and support reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in projects.
At least 3 years in process or manufacturing.
At least 3 years as a leader in manufacturing.
Bilingual in English (90%).
Travel required up to 10%.
