Lead new process development and efficiency during Launch and 30 days after SOP.
Define Direct Labor needed and cycle times for new processes with Site Lead.
Develop Standard Work and PFMEAs for new processes; lead reviews during Launch.
Ensure flawless ramp-up and plant industrialization to support Launch.
Liaise with R&D/Product and ensure staff participation in development/validation.

🎯 Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years of project experience.
At least 3 years in process or manufacturing.
At least 3 years as a manufacturing leader.
Bilingual in English (90%).
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
