Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own activation and adoption strategy across Lattice; define where to invest and why.
• Tie activation to business outcomes; link onboarding, usage, and habits to retention.
• Collaborate across onboarding, homepage, Meetings, Updates, and Feedback to craft cohesive growth.
• Map end-to-end user journey; identify drop-offs and prioritize high-impact bets.
• Build and iterate growth loops that drive meaningful, repeat usage.
• Communicate strategy and learnings to stakeholders using data storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management in growth, lifecycle, or adoption roles
• Proven activation, engagement, or retention improvements through product changes
• Comfort running experiments with imperfect data and quick learning
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design to ship iteratively
• Clear, concise communication and habit of sharing what you’ve learned
• Empathy for managers and employees trying to do meaningful work
