Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own activation/adoption strategy; invest where it matters
• Tie activation to onboarding, usage, and retention
• Collaborate across onboarding, homepage, meetings, updates, and feedback
• Map end-to-end user journey; identify drop-offs and opportunities
• Build growth loops driving meaningful, repeat usage
• Communicate strategy and learnings with data storytelling to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years product management in growth or adoption
• Track record improving activation, engagement, or retention
• Comfortable running experiments with imperfect data
• Experience shipping iteratively with engineering and design
• Clear, concise communication and data-driven storytelling
• Empathy for managers and employees doing meaningful work
