🎯 Requirements

- Experience in fast-paced ecommerce/operational environments.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Curious about new tech and testing approaches.
- Structured, proactive, solutions-oriented; able to manage multiple stakeholders.
