- Manage last-mile delivery from EU warehouses to CEE, non-EU, and DACH.
- Source and evaluate new 3PL partners to ensure capacity.
- Oversee 3PL performance and ensure timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customs and delivery partners.
- Track metrics: delivery times, returns, backlogs; address issues.
- Conduct regular partner reviews to improve performance.
🎯 Requirements
- Extensive last-mile delivery experience in CEE, esp. Greece, with 3PL.
- Familiarity with customs processes and delivery operations.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- E-commerce acumen is a nice to have.
