Laser Production Technician (Starlink) - Entry Level

📋 Description

• Build small electrical sub-assemblies per instructions.
• Perform optic assembly: epoxy application, UV curing, oven curing.
• Fiber optic splicing and fiber routing.
• Operate automated equipment; maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; track calibration schedules.
• Work in a clean room; follow cleanliness protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year hands-on work experience.
• 2+ years electro-mechanical/manufacturing exp.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, etc.
