Build small electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions to quality standards.
Perform optic assembly processes: epoxy application, UV curing, and oven curing.
Fiber optic splicing and fiber routing.
Operate automated equipment; maintenance and some troubleshooting with Engineering guidance.
Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated; track calibration schedules.
Work in a clean room; adhere to cleanliness protocols.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years hands-on work experience.
2+ years electro-mechanical or precision/high-volume manufacturing.
Proficient in PC, Windows, and MS Office.
Experience setting up and running tests and experiments.
Ability to read/interpret drawings, procedures, schematics, and parts lists.
