- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years hands-on work experience.
- 2+ years electro-mechanical or precision/high-volume manufacturing.
- Proficient in PC, Windows, and MS Office.
- Experience setting up and running tests and experiments.
- Ability to read/interpret drawings, procedures, schematics, and parts lists.
