Laser Production Technician (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Build small electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions.
• Perform optic assembly: epoxy, UV curing, oven curing.
• Fiber optic splicing and routing.
• Operate automated equipment; maintenance and troubleshooting guidance.
• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibration tracked.
• Work in a clean room following all cleanliness protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years hands-on experience.
• 2+ years electro-mechanical manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in PC, Windows, MS Office.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Ability to read layouts and mechanical drawings.
