Build small electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions
Perform optic assembly: epoxy application, UV curing, oven curing
Fiber optic splicing and routing
Operate automated equipment; maintenance and troubleshooting with Engineering guidance
Calibrate lab equipment; track calibration schedules
Work in a clean room following cleanliness protocols

🎯 Requirements

High school degree or equivalency
1+ years hands-on work experience
2+ years experience in electro-mechanical or precision/high-volume manufacturing
Proficient with PC, Windows, and MS Office
Experience setting up and running tests and experiments
Associate degree preferred
