Build small electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions
Perform optic assembly: epoxy, UV curing, oven curing
Fiber optic splicing and routing
Operate automated equipment; maintenance and troubleshooting with Engineering guidance
Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated; track calibration schedules
Work in a clean room environment; adhere to cleanliness protocols

🎯 Requirements

High school degree or equivalency
1+ years hands-on work experience
2+ years electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing
Proficient PC skills; Windows and MS Office
Read layouts, drawings, assembly procedures, and schematics
Able to lift up to 25 lbs; willing to work shifts/overtime/weekends
