Build small electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions to quality standards
Perform optic assembly: epoxy application, UV curing, and oven curing
Fiber optic splicing and routing
Operate automated equipment with maintenance and some troubleshooting guidance
Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated; track calibration schedules
Work in a clean room environment adhering to cleanliness protocols

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
1+ year hands-on manufacturing/tech experience
Proficient with PC, Windows, MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and assembly procedures
Experience setting up and running tests and experiments
