Laser Production Technician (Starlink) - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Build small electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions to meet quality standards.
• Perform optic assembly: epoxy, UV curing, and oven curing.
• Fiber optic splicing and routing.
• Operate automated equipment; maintenance and troubleshooting with Engineering.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; track calibration schedules.
• Work in a clean room; follow cleanliness protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year hands-on work experience.
• 2+ years in electro-mechanical manufacturing or precision/high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience setting up and running tests and experiments.
