π― Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Eng, Physics, Systems Eng, or related.
- 3+ years in systems engineering, product development, or technical PM in multi-physics.
- Experience coordinating multi-partner R&D with external institutes and suppliers.
- Hands-on translating R&D to manufacturable products (DFM, supplier coordination, proto-to-prod).
- Fluency in English; self-directed in a startup.
- Preferred: experience with high-power diode lasers.
