Language Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor MT/LLM quality, corpus health, and KPIs for Romanian and priority locales.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards for language data using SQL and BI tools.
• Own data pipelines across key sources; drive data harmonization and docs.
• Run linguistic and statistical analyses to improve data quality and consistency.
• Develop automation to reduce manual work; add workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with engineering, NLP, and Quality on MT/LLM outputs and evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• Romanian native or near-native; strong English; additional languages a plus.
• Extensive experience in data analysis/science, NLP, or language-technology with end-to-end analytics ownership.
• Strong SQL and coding skills (Python/JavaScript); experience building data pipelines and automations (Airflow/n8n/Make).
• Experience with MT/LLM outputs, evaluation methodologies, corpus validation, multilingual data; prompt-based workflows and quality measures.
• Proficient in data visualization/reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Looker); translate insights for stakeholders.
• Cross-functional, international collaboration; strong communication and stakeholder management; e-commerce familiarity preferred.
