Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to grow Hub Partners.
Lead regular meetings with Hub Partners to enhance interpreting quality and margins.
Negotiate interpreter rates and pricing to meet Boostlingo's standards.
Manage vendor partnerships and onboarding to ensure quality and capacity.
Collaborate with Customer Success and AM to streamline partnerships and reporting.
Conduct QBRs with Hub partners to review performance and align on goals.

🎯 Requirements

Strong Language Industry background required.
2-3+ years of Account Management roles within Language Access.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience managing enterprise healthcare client accounts.
