Landscape Technician - Hardscaping

📋 Description

• Design and install plant beds, gardens, shrubs, and lawns.
• Provide ongoing maintenance: pruning, mulching, fertilizing.
• Build patios, walkways, walls and other hardscape features.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems for efficient watering.
• Communicate with homeowners to understand goals and budget.
• Diagnose landscape or hardscape issues and perform repairs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of residential landscaping/hardscaping experience.
• Valid NC driver's license with clean record (last 3 years).
• Knowledge of horticulture, grading, drainage, and outdoor construction.
• Ability to read simple design plans or sketches.
• Physical stamina for year-round outdoor work and long periods of activity.
• Proficiency with landscaping tools, power equipment, and small machinery.
