Landscape Horticulture Gardener

📋 Description

• Maintain landscapes on multiple properties (leaves/debris, trims)
• Work safely and on time per procedures and regulations
• Perform weed mitigation and interior plant care
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems (heads, laterals, nozzles)
• Prune and shape trees and shrubs
• Plant shrubs and groundcovers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years landscape industry experience; 3+ years irrigation experience
• Horticulture knowledge; plant ID and natural pruning
• Tools: hand and power tools experience
• Valid California driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer and smartphone skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and take initiative
