Job Description:
As aMarketing Campaign Managerof the Company, you will be the operational backbone behind Lamudi’s developer marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with Account Managers to turn client needs into actionable briefs, coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver assets, and ensure campaign rollouts are timely, accurate, and effective. Your role is critical in connecting strategic intent with flawless execution—ensuring every campaign delivers value to both our developer partners and property seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Translate client marketing objectives into comprehensive campaign plans, including timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring seamless rollout across digital and offline channels.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, content, performance marketing, and product to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaign assets.
Client Liaison:
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to understand client goals, gather campaign requirements, and provide regular updates on performance and progress.
Project Management:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate success, optimize ongoing efforts, and provide actionable insights and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign workflows and communication channels to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
Market and Competitor Insights:
- Stay informed on real estate market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and deliver best-in-class marketing solutions.
Compliance and Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all campaign materials meet internal branding guidelines and comply with regulatory and client-specific requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
Experience in lead generation campaigns and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, email marketing platforms, etc.).
Ability to conceptualize, plan, and implement marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
