Role Overview:
The M&A Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team, supporting the full lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. You will conduct financial analysis, build and fine-tune the pipeline, valuation, and market research, helping drive high-impact growth initiatives in the PropTech and real estate sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with strong analytical and communication skills and a passion for real estate technology to work on regional cross-border deals.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities in the PropTech, fintech, and real estate services space across Indonesia, the Philippines, and the wider SEA region.Develop detailed financial models (DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses) to assess the value and financial impact of potential deals.Coordinate financial, operational, and legal due diligence processes, liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors.Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, board papers, and transaction documentation for management and investor review.Support integration planning and performance tracking of newly acquired entities to ensure value realisation.Support capital-raising initiatives, including preparing investor materials and communicating with potential investors.Collaborate with senior management to ensure consistency and professionalism in external investor communications.Monitor PropTech trends, competitive movements, and regulatory changes in Indonesia, the Philippines, and other key SEA markets. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).Experience: 5–6 years in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, or strategy consulting. Experience in the Proptech market will be highly regarded.Technical Skills:Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiencyStrong understanding of valuation methodologiesPowerPoint presentation and research skillsSoft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to work independently, self-driven across multicultural and remote teamsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsLanguage Requirements: Fluency in English is required.
