We’re scaling across Southeast Asia and need a Graphic Designer with strong motion graphics expertise to bring our campaigns and brand stories to life. From social ads and reels to event visuals and product explainers, your work will directly shape how millions of users and clients experience our brand.

You’ll collaborate with multi-country marketing teams, performance marketers, videographers and content creators to produce high-quality designs that don’t just look good, but drive results.

What a day at work for you will look like:

  • You will design & animate engaging motion graphics for campaigns, reels, ads, product explainers, and social media
  • You will develop creative assets across multiple formats (static, video, GIF, short-form content) optimized for digital performance and not limited to printed deliverables
  • You will collaborate cross-functionallywith Performance Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to deliver creatives that convert
  • Stay on top of design and motion trends (short-form, TikTok/IG reels, AI-assisted design tools) and bring fresh ideas into our campaigns
  • Work with multi-country teams to adapt and localize content while maintaining brand consistency
  • Manage multiple design projects under tight timelines without compromising quality
  • Is this you?

  • 2-3 years’ design experience, ideally in marketing or digital-first companies
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Strong skills in motion graphics & animation using After Effects (or similar tools)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
  • A portfolio that showcases motion graphics and digital campaign design (please attach on your CV)
  • Ability to work fast, iterate, and adapt designs to multiple platforms and formats
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout
  • Time-management skills to handle multiple projects across regions
