  • BankingPartnershipManagement
  • Manageend-to-endrelationshipswithpartnerbankstosupportIDEAL’smortgageaggregatoroperations.
  • Actastheprimaryliaisonforallpartnerbanks,facilitatingsmoothcommunicationacrossproduct,operations,finance,legal,andmarketing.
  • Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeydecision-makersinhomeloan,credit,partnerships,andmortgageteams.
  • Leadpartnershiponboarding,requirementsgathering,documentation,andoperationalalignment.
  • BusinessDevelopment&Growth
  • Identifyopportunitiestoexpandcollaboration,increaseloanconversions,anddeepenproductadoptionamongpartnerbanks.
  • Developjointbusinessplans,pitches,campaigns,andproductinitiativestailoredtobankpartners.
  • Coordinatewithinternalteamstoprepareproposals,campaignstrategies,andcustomizedplatformintegrations.
  • Analyzepartnershipandloanpipelineperformance,identifyinggapsandrecommendingstrategiesforimprovement.
  • Operations&EscalationManagement
  • Monitormortgageapplicationpipelines,ensuringmovementandtimelyresolutionofissuesandescalations.
  • Workcloselywithbankstoimproveturnaroundtimes,documentationworkflows,andcustomerexperience.
  • Facilitatecross-functionalproblemsolvingacrossinternalteamstoresolvepartner-specificoperationalchallenges.
  • CRM&Reporting
  • MaintainaccuraterecordsinCRMsystems(Hubspot)regardingpartnerinteractions,pipelineupdates,andaccounthealthmetrics.
  • Prepareandpresentstructuredweeklyandmonthlyreportson:

  • Loanvolumeandconversionrates
  • Risks,escalations,andmitigationplans

    MinimumQualifications

    Atleast3yearsexperienceinaB2Bsalesorpartnershiprole

    ExperienceinhomeloansatmajorPhilippinebanksispreferred,preferablyinrolessuchas:Broker/Developerrelationshipwithinhomeloanteams,etc

    Proventrackrecordinmanagingcorporate,institutional,orbankingrelationshipswithstrongnegotiation,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills.

    Strongunderstandingofhomeloanproducts,bankingworkflows,creditevaluation,andmortgagemarketdynamicsinthePhilippines.

    Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Finance,Marketing,Economics,RealEstate,orarelatedfield.

    Experienceinsales,clientretention,upselling,leadpipelinemanagement,orcollectionsisanadvantage.
