We are looking for a highly driven and analytical

Account Management Leadto manage and grow our Long Tail Accounts portfolio. With more than >5,000 clients in this segment, the role requires a leader who can identify patterns, generate insights from data, and transform them into actionable business recommendations. This position combines strategic account management, client behavior analysis, and project management to deliver scalable solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall strategy and execution for managing Long Tail Accounts (>5,000 clients).
  • Analyze client behavior and segment accounts to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Synthesize large data sets into clear insights and translate them into actionable business strategies.
  • Develop scalable account management frameworks to ensure consistent client engagement and retention.
  • Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement client-centric strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to ensure operational excellence and delivery of business objectives.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution of initiatives with measurable results.

  • Proven experience inaccount management, client success, or business development, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience using CRM tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization for decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to prioritize, plan, and execute across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly structured, proactive, and adaptable in managing high-volume client portfolios.
  • Leadership experience is preferred, with ability to mentor and guide team members.
