As a Jr Analyst at Lalamove Brazil, you will be part of the Strategy Team, taking full responsibility for key analyses to ensure the best balance between supply and demand. You will be in charge of providing crucial insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize our supply operations. Your role will involve conducting in-depth analyses, creating actionable reports, and developing strategies that help drive efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our supply chain is well-supported with the right data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.

What you'll do

  • Monitor real-time operations across cities to ensure proper implementation of SOPs (dispatch communications, surcharge adjustments, manual allocation).
  • Support weekly mission rollouts for drivers by preparing spreadsheets and aligning with stakeholders to boost driver LTV.
  • Analyze weekly KPIs and propose action plans to address gaps and optimize performance.
  • Track supply vs demand growth across cities, identifying imbalances and supporting cross-functional alignment.
  • Conduct weekly analyses on vehicle type performance to flag key deviations or growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute weekly driver communication plans.
  • Benchmark driver pricing and earnings versus competitors to ensure our market competitiveness.
  • What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, dashboards).
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
