As a Senior Data & Insights Analyst at Lalamove, you will work with a group of passionate and talented people across different teams. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable insights to empower Product, Marketing and Operations teams in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and shaping the future of Lalamove products.

What you will do:

Develop and apply analytical frameworks to solve complex business problems and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Partner with stakeholders across the company (Operations, Product, Marketing, Platform) to influence business objectives and guide data-driven decisions.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities that drive business performance.

Synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate insights effectively to different audiences.

Mentor and inspire junior analysts on the team

What you'll need:

At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role

Experience leading a small team will be a plus

Strong proficiency in SQL, with good understanding of data warehousing concepts

Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools for reporting and analyses

Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision making

Good command of English (both written and oral)
