What You'll Do Coordinate Deliveries: Liaise with clients and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, aligned with client expectations. Logistics Planning: Work closely with the driver operations team to assign logistics personnel (e.g. truck drivers) based on project needs and availability. Track Shipments: Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-schedule arrivals. Client Support: Attend to client requests, assist with claims for additional charges, and provide excellent service throughout the process. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare end-of-day reports and generate invoices when needed for clients and internal stakeholders. Event Logistics: Arrange and coordinate same-day deliveries for high-priority events and time-sensitive projects. Hands-On Assistance: Step in to help with sorting and packing when necessary—teamwork makes the dream work! What we seek Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite Strong attention to detail with a knack for solving problems on the fly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working with a wide range of people Able to commit to a 5-day work week (4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend) Able to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening shifts) and public holidays when required Additional Information
