Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our Legal team as a

Legal Associate

based in Hong Kong.

What you'll do:

  • Handle a range of legal work, including drafting, reviewing legal documents and supporting the contract negotiation process for different departments
  • Advise the company on a wide range of regulatory and commercial legal issues
  • Support the Legal Counsel in providing support to business units and management on complex and sensitive legal matters, including but not limited to general corporate commercial
  • Conduct legal research and assist in legal administrative tasks

    • What we seek:

  • Degree holder in Legal (e.g. LLB) or equivalent preferred
  • Around 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) OR 3+ years of indirect experience (e.g. Compliance, paralegal) with strong interest in pursuing a career in inhouse legal advisory
  • Candidate with less experience can be considered for Junior Legal Associate
  • Experience in TMT field or fast-paced technology company will be highly preferred
  • Experience in handling corporate commercial matters
  • Independent, hands on at work with good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
