WeareseekingatalentedengineeringleadertoplayapivotalroleintheengineeringoperationsofLalamoveUS.AsaTeamLead,youwilloverseetheend-to-endengineeringoperationssupportanddevelopmentactivitiesfortheLalamoveUSmarket.YoursuccessinthisrolewilldependonyourclosecollaborationwithvariousEngineeringteams,localoperations,productmanagers,andinfrastructureteams.Youarealsoexpectedtobehands-oninthisleadershiprole.

YouwillleadthelocalUSengineeringteam,includingexternalconsultants,toprovidecomprehensivetechnicalsupportforourUSoperationsandcontributetoapplicationandmonitoringfunctionalitydevelopment.ThispositionrequiresalignmentwiththeEngineeringteamatHQforresourceplanning,taskmanagement,andexecution.Ahands-onapproachtosolvingtechnicalissuesrelatedtotheUSdatacenterandoperationsisessential.

Coaching,mentoring,motivating,andsupervisingteammembers.

Fosteracollaborativeandself-organizingworkenvironment.

WorkcloselywithSeniorManagement,localoperations,andproductmanagementtoanticipateoperationalsupportandcapacityrequirements.

Promoteacultureofhighqualityandperformance.

Drivecontinuousprocessimprovements.

Ensureourtechoperations,datamanagementandaccesscomplianttothelocalregulations.
