We are looking for a

Driver Operations Lead who will :

● Lead and manage end-to-end driver supply efforts, ensuring a healthy pipeline of active and engaged drivers.

● Drive retention strategies to improve driver satisfaction, engagement, and long-term activity on the platform.

● Oversee driver communications, ensuring clear, timely, and effective messaging across all channels (SMS, in-app, calls, etc.).

● Manage and improve driver support processes, addressing concerns, inquiries, and feedback efficiently.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to align efforts in improving driver experience and platform loyalty.

● Monitor key supply metrics (active drivers, retention, churn, etc.) and propose data-driven initiatives to enhance performance.

● Lead and support on-ground and digital initiatives to engage and assist the driver community.

What we seek:

● A proactive leader who understands the importance of driver satisfaction to platform success.

● Someone with strong communication and organizational skills who can manage both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.

● A team player who can collaborate across departments while also taking full ownership of driver supply operations.

● Someone passionate about empowering gig workers and improving their day-to-day experience.

What you’ll need :

● 3+ years of experience in operations, supply management, or a related field—preferably within a tech, logistics, or delivery platform.

● Experience in handling retention programs, customer/driver communications, and support operations.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

● Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, etc. is a plus).

● Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
