🎯 Requirements
- Great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
- Self-starter and responsible
- Experience using different online channels to communicate with Clients
- 2 Weekend shifts - either morning (10am - 6pm) or afternoon (5pm - 10pm)
- Available for festive & public holiday periods, when required
- Must have spare phone; Company laptop and SIM card will be issued
