We are seeking a highly skilled Business AnalyticsAssistant

Manager

to join our Business Intelligence team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the evaluation and analysis of company-wide decision-making processes, as well as assess the performance of both past and ongoing key projects. Reporting directly to the Senior

Business Analytics Manager, you will collaborate closely with the senior management team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic outcomes.

What you will do:

Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement, and provide timely management data with unified definitions and logic.

Presentation & Communication: Distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for Lalamove’s senior stakeholders. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to the C-level executives.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle urgent, dynamic analytics requests from senior management with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset. Ensure insights translate into real business impact through alignment and follow-through across teams.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, Python and advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Excel or equivalent platforms.e.g., Power BI, Tableau.
