🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding quota.
- Proven success selling data platforms or operational databases to technical and business buyers.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud-native services, and AI/analytics.
- Ability to sell to both technical stakeholders (devs/architects/data engineers) and business leaders.
- Experience leading specialist/overlay motions with core Account Executives.
- Executive presence for C-level conversations and architecture whiteboarding.
- Strong value selling: uncover pain, build ROI, and tie tech to outcomes.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
