  • Align with Product, Marketing, CS, and Partners to shape territory plans and co-sell motions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience with quota attainment.
  • Proven success selling data platforms/operational databases (Postgres, MySQL) to technical and business buyers.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures (cloud-native, microservices, event-driven) and AI/analytics.
  • Ability to sell to technical stakeholders (developers, architects, data engineers) and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading specialist/overlay motions with core AEs.
  • Executive presence to whiteboard architectures and lead C-level conversations.
  • Strong value selling: uncover pain, build business case, tie to outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
