- Proven success selling data platforms/operational databases (Postgres, MySQL) to technical and business buyers.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures (cloud-native, microservices, event-driven) and AI/analytics.
- Ability to sell to technical stakeholders (developers, architects, data engineers) and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading specialist/overlay motions with core AEs.
- Executive presence to whiteboard architectures and lead C-level conversations.
- Strong value selling: uncover pain, build business case, tie to outcomes.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
