- Line Loader / Unloader in Class A powder coating facility
- 1st shift Mon-Thu; OT on Fridays
- Prep, hang, and stage parts for powder coating or painting
- Move parts through the coating line and production system
- Unload finished parts and package them for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; complete simple paperwork
- Support other shop or warehouse areas during downtime
🎯 Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
- Good communication and a team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed
- Reliability and willingness to learn new tasks
- Physical: lift up to 40 lbs; frequent standing
