Labeling Artwork Controller - Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end artwork development from brief to release.
• Coordinate PMO, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain and vendors.
• Validate briefs for accuracy and resolve cross-functional discrepancies.
• Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress for multiple labeling projects.
• Coordinate review and approval of labeling content, ensuring compliance.
• Drive process improvements for artwork development workflows and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Packaging Technology or related field.
• 10+ years in labeling design, coordination, regulatory, packaging, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for product labeling and packaging.
• Hands-on with PLM and electronic artwork systems (Agile, GLAMS, Loftware, Veraciti, Veeva).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; pre-press and print processes.
• Six Sigma Green Belt; PMP is a plus.
