- Operate X-ray to inspect internal component structure.
- Perform XRF analysis for material composition and coating.
- Interpret inspection results and report anomalies to Supervisor.
- Conduct dimensional checks using digital measuring systems.
- Verify critical dimensions against specifications.
- Record and maintain measurement data in systems.
- Compile test data, prepare reports, and flag deviations from specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, JEDEC, and internal QA/QC standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum ITE or equivalent (Engineering/Electronics preferred).
- 1–3 years in a lab or electronics/semiconductor; entry-level with willingness to learn welcome.
- Basic understanding of X-ray/XRF or inspection equipment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ESD handling and packaging is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
