Lab Tech I

📋 Description

• Perform routine lab functions and sample handling.
• Collect samples from worksites and return to the lab.
• Prepare raw ingredients and products for testing.
• Conduct environmental and raw material testing.
• Follow schedule for Brix, pH, titratable acids, lactic acid.
• Read and record results into the internal database.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of job-related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Knowledge of QA/QC, GMPs, HACCP
