🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 1–3 years in research recruitment/operations or study coordination
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
- Strong interpersonal skills; build relationships with diverse communities
- Creative problem-solving to meet recruitment targets
- Highly organized with strong detail and operational rigor
- Located in Greater Boston and able to work on-site 5 days/wk
- Willing to leverage AI tools in daily tasks to maintain quality
