Provide day-to-day lab operations support (inventory, housekeeping, general mgmt)
Assist Lab Ops Manager and residents with tasks and special projects
Ensure hazardous material compliance and inventory with Engine EHS
Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as needed
Keep laboratories and facilities clean and organized
Provide general lab operations support as needed

🎯 Requirements

Mission-oriented, energetic and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and teamwork
Highly organized, able to handle multiple projects
Interface with residents of The Engine at all levels
Take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
Able to lift 50 lbs
A Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, preferred Biology or Chemistry
1-3 years of experience in a lab environment
Project management skills preferred
Clear written communication
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
