Facilities and lab operations
Lead lab space design/setup; coordinate electrical/HVAC/plumbing for medical device tests
Liaise with authorities to secure building/environmental/operational permits
Oversee general office and lab facility needs
Equipment and inventory management; install, maintain, repair lab equipment
Calibrate R&D and manufacturing equipment; enforce safety protocols

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field
7+ years in Lab/Facilities Management, preferably medical device/biotech
Hands-on engineering inclination
Ability to read floor plans/blueprints; basic electrical/mechanical knowledge
Experience working within a quality system
Experience with California FDB
