  • Provide primary support for lab IT infra and system requests per SLA.
  • Onsite troubleshooting of lab computer systems, networks, hardware, software.
  • Install, configure, manage lab-related software, licenses, and workstations.
  • Collaborate with Network/System Admins to maintain solutions in regulated env.
  • Record events, problems, and resolutions in Freshservice.
  • Create and manage user accounts and access controls.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Help Desk or IT support.
  • Windows 10/11 experience.
  • Entra ID and ticketing systems experience.
  • MDM tools (ManageEngine, Jamf) experience.
  • Onsite Mon-Sat with defined shifts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
