  • Role Overview:

  • We have an immediate opening for a part-time PPC & Paid LinkedIn Specialist/Associate, working 15 to 20 hours per week.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Own paid search and paid LinkedIn campaigns in support of client ROAS goals.
  • Work with a diverse team including account managers, designers, copywriters, and other subject matter experts to plan and implement powerful campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients.
  • Strategize with account managers and directors to develop and implement paid campaigns utilizing paid search, paid LinkedIn, or both.
  • Develop appropriate targeting for campaigns utilizing keyword research, remarketing audiences, affinity and in-market audiences, as well as the full spectrum of demographic and firmographic targeting available on LinkedIn.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis including targeting optimizations, and recommendations for overall campaign performance improvement.
  • Prepare performance reports, data analyses, and other optimization/testing recommendations.
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to expectations. Stay on top of project plans and provide deliverables on time.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to the larger team, providing recommendations and observations about ongoing campaigns and what needs to be improved.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with paid media at a marketing agency or in-house at a B2B company.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads platforms.
  • Google Ads Certified.
  • Organized and process-driven with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Driven, self-starter personality.
  • Eager to learn and constantly looking to improve.

  • Familiar with the principles of demand generation, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Understanding of what B2B marketing entails.
