📋 Description

  • Front-line support for NETGEAR switches, APs, routers, NAS, Insight, Exium.
  • Troubleshoot moderately complex wired and wireless networking issues.
  • Escalate complex/unresolved issues to L3 Technical Support when needed.
  • Collaborate with L3 engineers to resolve escalated cases.
  • Communicate clearly with customers of varying technical levels.
  • Deliver a customer-focused, empathetic, solution-oriented experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • Wired and wireless networking fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and ticketing systems.
  • Fluency in Korean; professional English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent; 2+ years in technical support.
