  • 2nd Level Technical Support Engineer for Celonis Product Suite
  • Located in Madrid; reports to Director of Customer Support

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT degree
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical support for international customers
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification; additional ITIL is a plus
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS or Azure cert and Kubernetes/containerised env
  • Systems Administration: Linux/Unix administration experience
  • Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server
