  • Escalation point for internal IT Helpdesk; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 apps: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Monitor service health and provide workarounds during incidents.
  • Manage Entra ID: user/group management, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access.
  • Handle AD, DNS, GPO, and domain controller operations.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft for escalations and upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Hands-on Microsoft 365 support: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and domain controllers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect) sync.
  • Experience with email security platforms (Mimecast) and DigiCert lifecycle knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues methodically and independently.
